This Agreement is made between Luxis Events LLC and Wander & Vow LLC ("Company") and the undersigned traveler ("Participant").

Participant acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, personal injury, illness, property damage, accidents, acts of God, force majeure events, political instability, terrorism, and crime.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and agrees that Luxis Events LLC and Wander & Vow LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Luxis Events LLC and Wander & Vow LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with Participant’s travel, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, death, or illness

• Theft, loss, or damage to personal property

• Acts of negligence by third-party vendors, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel-related entities

• Participant’s own reckless or negligent behavior

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising from Participant’s actions, negligence, or failure to adhere to local laws, travel regulations, or Company policies.

Company does not guarantee the safety, security, or health of Participant during travel. Security services provided as part of any package are preventative measures and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of safety.

Participant is responsible for their own medical care and travel insurance. Company does not provide medical advice, and any emergency assistance rendered is on a good-faith basis without liability.

Participant acknowledges that travel insurance is highly recommended and that failure to obtain adequate insurance is at Participant’s own risk.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [State], under the laws of [State], with costs and attorney’s fees borne by the Participant.

Participant acknowledges that all payments made to Luxis Events LLC and Wander & Vow LLC are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking terms.

Participant affirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, voluntarily agree to its terms, and waive any future claims against Luxis Events LLC and Wander & Vow LLC.
